Q6:Other issues to be noted

Pay attention to the point that the product is without waterproof function and prevent watergetting into it. Pay attention to ventilation and heat dissipation when using, and keep good ventilation at the airinlet and outlet of the product. Do not use the product in special occasions(under the mine, gas station, etc.)

Q7:How can the delivery date be guaranteed after l pay?

.A: Both parties agreed on the delivery date in the order. lf we fail to deliver the goods in time, wecan com pen sate the customer for one thousandth of the contract amount for each day of delay.

1. for a single model, for every 200 units purchased cumulatively, we wil give you one unit of thesame model or cash of the same model of equal value; 2. Support OEM and ODM; 3. Support the local language of the customer;

Q9: What should l do if the product l received has a problem?

lt is not caused by human factors. The product cannot work properly due to quality problems.The customer assists us in analyzing the problem online. According to our conclusion, it is indeeda quality problem. We promise to provide 2 solutions:

1. Send a new product for free, the freight is borne by the customer, and the old machine doesnot need to be returned. 2. Send repair accessories for free, we bear the freight, we provide repair guidance, and thecustomer repairs it by himself.

Q10:How long is the warranty period of the product l purchased?

The whole machine has a 1-year warranty period, and the warranty period starts from thereceipt of the goods by the customer. for problems that occur outside the warranty period, wewill provide accessories and assist in repairs for a fee.
