1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Philippine public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Coverage We currently ship to all major islands and provinces across the Philippines. For remote areas (island provinces, mountainous regions), additional shipping time and fees may apply.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Metro Manila: 3–4 business days
- Luzon (Provincial): 3–6 business days
- Visayas: 4–7 business days
- Mindanao: 5–8 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
4. Large & Heavy Items Solar panels, inverters, batteries, and complete solar kits are large and heavy items. These may require freight shipping and may be subject to additional handling fees. Our team will contact you to coordinate delivery for oversized orders.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order using our Order Tracker on our website.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at [your email] or [your contact number]. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
7. International Shipping At this time, we only ship within the Philippines. International shipping is not yet available.
