Q1: Are you a factory or a trader?

We are an integrated both in factory and trading, and our brand is SuAnKin. We always welcome visit our factory at any time.

Q2: What products do you mainly provide? What standard do you products support ?

We mainly design, produce and sell Portable Power Station(with UPS function). Support below versions:

Q3: How is the quality guaranteed?

All functions of each of our products are 100% inspected before leaving the factory, including aging, fully charging and
discharging for 3 times, overload test, overcurrent test, etc.

Q5: Are the batteries used in your products in NCM or lLFP?

Below 1200W, they are all NCM; Including and above 1200W, they are all UL certified automotive LiFePO4,it can remains 80% of its original capacity at 3500 complete charging and discharging times. Each battery cell has a QR code traceability.

Q6: What devices can the T30 power, and can it be used as a UPS?

Please note that the AC output port can only charge or power device that operate at less than 4500W.

Q7: How to calculate the T30 running time?

Running time=total capacity(2688wh)*0.85(depth of Discharge)/loading Power(Watts)

Q8: Does T30 have built-in MPPT charge controller?

Yes,there is one independent built-in MPPT charge controller; Dc 12-80V/8 5AMax 650W. And one more controller is optional.

Q9: Can the T30 be charged while discharging?

Yes,it can be charged and discharged at the same time. In the non-ups state, if uninterrupted use is required, the average power of charging must be greater than the average power of load,otherwise the battery will eventually run out and shut down.

Q10:Other issues to be noted

Pay attention to the point that the product is without waterproof function and prevent watergetting into it. Pay attention to ventilation and heat dissipation when using, and keep good ventilation at the airinlet and outlet of the product. Do not use the product in special occasions(under the mine, gas station, etc.)

Q11:How can the delivery date be guaranteed after l pay?

.A: Both parties agreed on the delivery date in the order. lf we fail to deliver the goods in time, wecan com pen sate the customer for one thousandth of the contract amount for each day of delay.

Q12:If l buy from you, what preferential policies or services will l get?

1. for a single model, for every 200 units purchased cumulatively, we wil give you one unit of thesame model or cash of the same model of equal value; 2. Support OEM and ODM; 3. Support the local language of the customer;

Q13: What should l do if the product l received has a problem?

lt is not caused by human factors. The product cannot work properly due to quality problems.The customer assists us in analyzing the problem online. According to our conclusion, it is indeeda quality problem. We promise to provide 2 solutions:

1. Send a new product for free, the freight is borne by the customer, and the old machine doesnot need to be returned. 2. Send repair accessories for free, we bear the freight, we provide repair guidance, and thecustomer repairs it by himself.

Q14:How long is the warranty period of the product l purchased?

The whole machine has a 1-year warranty period, and the warranty period starts from thereceipt of the goods by the customer. for problems that occur outside the warranty period, wewill provide accessories and assist in repairs for a fee.
