1.Delivery time:
Shipment within 3-7 days after placing an order; no shipments will be made on Sunday. The delivery time of customized or batch products is subject to the actual agreed delivery date. For other special circumstances and statutory holidays, we will deliver the goods within the time specified by the platform.

You can choose the logistics method yourself, and the freight will be automatically converted;
3. About Warranty :
From the date of purchase, the product is guaranteed free of charge within one year under normal use, and the round-trip freight needs to be borne by the user.
4. Data about the product:
The data description pictures and statistical data texts of all products in this store come from the company's internal test;measurement results or reports are for reference only. The actual object shall prevail.
5. How do I know what material or type my battery is?
A: Please look your battery body, if the normal voltage(platform voltage) of your battery shows 3.2V, the battery is LiFePo4. If the normal voltage(platform voltage) of your battery shows 3.6V or 3.7V, the battery is Li-ion or Li-polymer battery;
6. Is this BMS suit for my battery?
A: First, please confirm that how many series you cell is in your battery pack. The BMS you buy must be same series as your battery pack.Then please tell me how many Amps the working current needed. I will choose the best suitable one for you.
7. What type of charger should I choose?
A. Lithium battery must choose specific charger, do not use Charger for Leadacid battery, for leadacid charger may have MOS with high pressure breakdown protection, which will not protect of BMS over charge. Life Po4 battery charger voltage=battery string No.X3.6V, while Li-ion battery charger voltage=Battery string No.X4.2V.
8.What Amps should I choose for the BMS?
A: 1.It depends on the motor power and controller current limit for electric vehicles. Such as less 250W choose 15A, less than 500W choose 20 A, less than 800W choose 30A. If more than 1000W, please discuss with me. Protection current cannot be less than controller current limit.
9.What is the Common port and Separate port? what is the difference?
A: We take 10S 36V 20A BMS for example: Common port 20A means your charge cathode and discharge cathode are connected in the same point end , charge cathode and discharge cathode are used in the common connection port, so the charge current and discharge current are same as 20A;
Separate port is separately connected by charge cathode(C-)and discharge cathode (P-), so the charge current and discharge current are different, discharge current is 20A, charge current is 5A.
10. The relationship between Battery capacity and BMS current?
A. There is no direct relationship between Battery capacity and BMS current, big capacity doesn`t mean a big battery, but rely on continue current, that is to say if your engine is powerful, your should choose high current of BMS, it is not relied on battery capacity.
11. Whether my BMS damaged?
A. If you want to judge if the BMS is damaged, please take the folowing steps, to test if each cell voltage is the same with
voltmeter? if the cell voltage difference is over 1.0V, the fault is displayed that it cannot run far, no power supply at the
start range, short charge time, all these issues are almost caused by battery cells, if BMS damaged is displyed as no charge, no discharge, while the battery has voltage.
