A1: We offer 5–10 years of warranty coverage for different lithium battery models. For quality defects not caused by human damage, we will provide replacement parts or arrange repair services. We also have local after-sales technicians based in Europe.

Q2: Which inverters are compatible with your batteries?

A2: Our batteries work with most mainstream inverters on the market, including Growatt, Solis, LuxPower, Victron, Goodwe, Sofar, Megarevo, SMA, Voltronic, Axpert, Pylontech, LTW, Solplanet, Sorotec, SAJ, SRNE, Syrio Power, Sungrow and Solarmax. You can send us your inverter brand and specifications, and our engineers will confirm compatibility for you.

Q3: Where are your overseas warehouses located?

A3: We operate European warehouses in Germany and Poland, and our US warehouse is under construction. All products are shipped on a DDP (duty-paid) basis, with options for self-pickup or door-to-door delivery. We can deliver directly to your installation site per project requirements, without adding extra inventory pressure on your end.
