FAQ

1. Can this battery replace 12V lead-acid batteries directly?
Yes. It has the same 12.8V nominal voltage and can directly replace most 12V lead-acid batteries in solar, RV, marine, and UPS systems. Please confirm the installation space and connector before replacement.

2. What charger should I use for this battery?

Please use a dedicated LiFePO4 charger with 14.4V±0.2V output voltage and CC-CV mode. Do not use a standard lead-acid charger, which may cause over-charge and damage the battery.

3. Can I connect batteries in series or parallel?

Yes. It supports 2–4 pieces in series (24V/48V) and multiple pieces in parallel to increase capacity. Please use batteries with the same model, capacity, and voltage; it is recommended to balance charge after connection.

4. Why does the battery stop discharging suddenly?

It may be triggered by BMS protection (over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit, over-temperature). Disconnect the load, check the fault cause, and recharge or cool down; the BMS will reset automatically.

5. What is the operating temperature range?

Charging: 0–55℃; Discharging: -20–60℃. Do not charge below 0℃ to avoid battery damage. For low-temperature environments, optional low-temperature heating version is available.

6. How to store the battery for a long time?

Keep the SOC at 40%–60%, store in a dry, cool, ventilated environment (0–25℃). Charge and discharge once every 3–6 months to maintain battery activity.

7. Is this battery suitable for shipping by air/sea?

Yes. With UN38.3, MSDS, CE, RoHS certifications, it supports safe global transportation by air, sea, and express.
