Q1. Are you a factory or a trader? May I visit your factory?
We are the source manufacturer of lithium battery packs, you are welcome to visit the factory online/offline.

2. Does the battery pack be equipped with LCD display, also support Bluetooth communication?
Yes. Supports LCD display and Bluetooth communication. We also can provide customers with Bluetooth APP (Android & iPhone) to view battery pack data in real time.

3. Can the battery pack match the charger? What is the output and input port of the charger?
We can match the charger for you, and the charger input/output model is made according to your requirements.

4. Does your battery pack include BMS?
Yes, our battery pack include BMS. BMS have OVP/UVP/OCP/OTP/UTP/SCP protection functions.

5. Can it be series or parallel for use?
Yes. it can support max. 4 in series or parallel connection for use ( 12V series ).

6. What kind of certificates your products have?
CE,FCC,RoHS,PSE,UN38.3,MSDS etc,which is able to satisfy most country's importing requirements.

7. Is OEM/ODM battery pack available?
Yes, OEM/ODM battery packs are warmly welcome. Professional engineers provide technical support.

8. What is the payment method?
100% payment for sample orders; 30% deposit for bulk orders, 70% balance before shipment.

9. What about the warranty? How can we guarantee quality?
Warranty for 5 years. Always a pre-production sample before mass production. All products will undergo charge and discharge aging test and final quality inspection before shipment.

10. What about the delivery time and shipping?
Some products are in stock. Supports sea, land, and air transport, and provides DDP services. Use International Express (UPS/FEDEX/DHL) to deliver goods within 3-7 days.
